Open Realty Templates

This template search menu link bypasses the search_class_default.html (index.php?action=search_step_2) and uses a well modified "search_page_default.html" page
Please pay attention to how the tabs are made using JQuery tabs and that each Property Class is represented by it's own custom "search_page_class_x.html"
A fair knowledge of Open Realty is needed to make changes to this file.
Customization
All appropriate images are available in blank format (and or Photoshop) so you can use what ever image editor to add your own text or image overlay to customize the template.
You can find additional icons here to use in your customization

Remember to read instructions in the "docs" folder before you install the package.

Please read the readme.html file in each addon folder if you need further customization info.
You must login to your admin and setup the proper fields for the "chainedsearch" addon before enabling this template
Add-ons included with this template was tested on Open-Realty 3.1.10
Based on frequent changes in Open Realty we cannot guarantee that this will continue to work perfectly on the next release of Open Realty but we will do our best to keep it up-to-date.

Add-ons included with this template are listed at the bottom of this page and can be found in a folder in your download package called "addons"

categoryselect	Used to create a list of the Property Classed with labels and selectboxes
chainedsearch	Ajax Drill Down search with many tag options. This give flexible and accurate search results.
featuredcheck	Shows an image in search results page when the listing is featured.
listviewul	Used to better control the view and layout of
ortlatest	Show a list of your latest listings with mouseover images. You can choose the amount you want to show by changing the number in the add-on file.
orate	Allows your visitors to rate your listings
ortqrc	Show QR-Code for listing info and Agent Info
otherlistings	Show a thumbnail layout of the Agent's other listings on both the listing page and the View User page
prettygal	Gallery layout using the popular JQuery Pretty Gallery library
printgal	Shows a nice four (4) image layout on the printer-friendly page
search	CSS formatted search layout
sharethis	Add share this link to your listing pages. Remember to edit the Publisher Number in the config file
